The Women's Federation is established.

On the afternoon of October 11, 2025, the inauguration ceremony for the establishment of the Women’s Federation of Longze Group, along with the first Congress of Women Representatives, was solemnly held here. Chairperson of the Xianxi Community Women’s Federation Yuan Jianying , Group Leadership and Female employee representatives from all departments gathered together to jointly witness this significant milestone in the group’s history of women’s work development.

At the event site, Yuan Jianying, Chairperson of the Xianxi Community Women’s Federation, Leaders of the group and female employee representatives from various departments jointly unveiled the plaque for the “Longze Group Women’s Federation.” The venue erupted in thunderous applause. The official establishment of the group’s women’s federation marks the beginning of a new chapter for Longze— one that will harness the strength of women and better serve its female employees.

In her speech, Ms. Guo Qiuhong stated: “Female employees are the indispensable ‘other half of the sky’ at Longze Group, contributing their outstanding wisdom and unwavering strength to the company’s growth and development. The establishment of the Women’s Federation is an important step taken by the Group to strengthen its organizational structure and deepen its humanistic care. We hope that the Women’s Federation will truly become a solid bridge and a warm haven connecting female employees with the Group, inspiring all female staff to be more enthusiastic, proactive, and creative, and jointly driving the Group toward even higher goals.”

At the subsequent First Congress of Women Representatives, the delegates, in strict accordance with the election procedures and by secret ballot, democratically elected the first Executive Committee of the Women’s Federation of Longze Group. All newly elected members of the Executive Committee come from the core personnel of various departments within the Group and enjoy broad representation.

The establishment of the Women’s Federation of Longze Group represents a concrete practice by the Group in thoroughly implementing the spirit of mass organization work, and it also underscores the Group’s high regard for the status and role of female employees. This is not merely the creation of an organization—it is a brand-new starting point.

In the future, the Longze Women’s Federation will actively integrate resources, create distinctive branded events, and provide comprehensive support to female employees, enabling every woman to showcase her talents and realize her full potential on Longze’s stage, thereby continuously injecting powerful “her power” into the group’s high-quality development.
