Fire Drill for the Third Quarter of 2025

To further strengthen fire safety awareness among all employees and enhance their emergency response and collaborative operational capabilities, Longze Group conducted a fire drill for the third quarter of 2025 last Tuesday afternoon. Employees from all departments of the group actively participated, using realistic, practical drills to fortify the factory’s safety defenses.

Fire is merciless; fire safety comes first.

At the outset of the drill, company leaders took charge of overall coordination and delivered an opening speech. She emphasized that fire drills are a “compulsory course” for ensuring safe production in enterprises, directly affecting both the safety of employees’ lives and the foundation of the company’s development. She urged all personnel to participate with a serious and responsible attitude and to turn what they learned during the drill into practical emergency response capabilities. The employees at the scene were full of energy and stood in neat formations, clearly demonstrating their high level of commitment to this drill.

Practical teaching, solidifying skills.

Following that, Team Leader Tang from the security team conducted a special training session focusing on “fire prevention” and “hands-on operation of firefighting equipment.” Drawing on the specific production characteristics of the plant area, he provided a detailed explanation of the causes and key preventive measures for electrical fires and material fires. He then demonstrated, right on the spot, the proper procedures for using fire extinguishers and fire hydrants. “To use a fire extinguisher, first pull out the safety pin, aim at the base of the flames, and press down firmly…” Team Leader Tang’s instruction was both professional and easy to understand. Employees observed closely and practiced the operations themselves, quickly mastering the essentials of using firefighting equipment.

Everyone talks about safety.

Everyone is ready to respond to emergencies.

Orderly evacuation, emergency hazard avoidance

After a simulated fire alarm was triggered, employees swiftly and orderly evacuated to the designated safe assembly point along pre-established evacuation routes, guided by on-site personnel. Employees from different departments—some in their work uniforms, others in casual attire—completed the assembly at the fastest possible pace. The entire process was tense yet calm and well-organized, thoroughly testing both the feasibility of the group’s emergency evacuation plan and the employees’ ability to respond effectively under pressure.

At the conclusion of the drill, the Group’s General Manager delivered a summarizing speech. He praised the effective organization of the drill and the employees’ enthusiastic participation, while once again emphasizing the importance of “identifying and addressing safety hazards” and “making fire drills a regular part of our routine.” “There are no small matters when it comes to safety, and we must show zero tolerance for any hidden dangers. We need to integrate fire safety awareness into every aspect of our daily work—ensuring that these drills are not merely formalities but truly serve as life-saving lessons.” The General Manager’s words resonated deeply, sounding a lasting alarm for all employees about the importance of sustained safety efforts.

Summary

This fire drill is a vivid demonstration of Longze Group’s commitment to fulfilling its primary responsibility for safe production. By covering the entire process—from theoretical instruction and hands-on practice to evacuation drills—this exercise has not only enhanced employees’ fire safety skills but also fostered a shared understanding that “everyone prioritizes safety, every task considers safety, every moment keeps safety in mind, and every place demands safety,” thereby establishing a solid safety foundation for the group’s sustained and stable development.
