Centered on the 2025 work performance report, the meeting comprehensively reviewed past achievements, clarified future development directions, and laid a solid foundation for the Group’s high-quality development in 2026.

During the performance review session, management personnel at all levels of the Group successively reported their 2025 work achievements to the members of the Board of Directors. Each leader, based on their respective responsibilities, systematically summarized the year’s accomplishments, analyzed the shortcomings and areas for improvement in their work, and then outlined their 2026 work objectives and implementation strategies.

After the review concluded, the General Manager summarized the meeting. He fully recognized and praised the hard work and achievements of management teams at all levels in 2025, and offered constructive guidance on the issues identified during the reports. The board of directors emphasized that 2026 is a pivotal year for the group to enhance quality and efficiency. They urged managers at all levels to further strengthen their learning, remain ambitious and enterprising, and drive the group’s various initiatives to new heights through more efficient management and more pragmatic measures.

They focused on monitoring the progress of new product manufacturing and the implementation of production processes, and conducted a detailed examination of the workshop’s safety facilities, the enforcement of safety regulations, and the identification and rectification of potential hazards.
